Genre hopping at its finest. Always catchy and always on target.

Despite the humor and hipness factor there is more sincere, rich and honest self-reflection in their albums then most. More then I’d expected.

Lali Puna is a perfect example of genre bending experimental music. There might not be any country here, but the depth of the sound and the vocals consistently amazes me.

Flunk

I’m not against electronic music per se, in fact my background was heavily industrial. But so much electronic music being churned out today is over polished, over produced, and under-imaginative. Fortunately there are always those rare gems like Flunk that make the new genre worth while.

One of the bands that really made me want to start this project. I really hope they keep producing.

Its like Fellini in love with experimental music.

If you haven’t heard them yet I couldn’t possibly explain them properly. From silly, to catchy to flat-out amazing.
